Jobot in Las Vegas, NV, and Northern California is seeking an experienced Service Account Manager to grow the service business by selling maintenance agreements and project work. Travel frequently to client sites in the assigned region is required.

The role focuses on prospecting, relationship building, and acting as the building solutions partner for service offerings. A minimum of 5+ years in a similar role with HVAC knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service account or sales roles.
• Two-year degree or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage the service sales process to close sales, including prospecting, qualifying, customer’s setup and procurement process, proposals, presentations, as well as handling questions and objections.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships within assigned customer accounts.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, engaging any internal teams or support necessary to allow for additional business development.
• Continuously generate new sales by using existing and potential customer networks and social networking.
• Identify new business opportunities acting as the customer’s building solutions partner for all areas of locally provided service offerings.
• Frequent travel to job sites within the assigned region.
