Job summary

Thirty Madison Ventures is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Consultant & Trainer for a fully remote role. You will consult with HVAC business owners, train their Comfort Advisors, and run live Zoom sessions to raise close rates and average tickets.

You bring a proven residential HVAC sales record, deep knowledge of pricing and installs, and you thrive in a fast-growing, remote-enabled culture. Base plus commission offers up to $250K OTE.

Qualifications

• Top-performing residential HVAC Comfort Advisor with proven sales numbers.
• Deep knowledge of the residential HVAC business model: pricing and install operations.
• Elite communication skills with strong frame control.
• Hardworking, driven, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable leading remote, high-energy sessions on Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Consult with owners and sales managers on sales process, pricing and operations.
• Train Comfort Advisors and selling techs on in-home sales.
• Run live sales training sessions, role-plays, and call reviews over Zoom.
• Help clients build repeatable sales systems to lift close rates and tickets.
• Work with a team of A-players scaling HVAC companies to 8 figures.
