Lex Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking a Residential HVAC Sales Consultant to close deals during in‑home visits. You’ll earn uncapped commission with a base salary, and your income can grow quickly with performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Competitive, money-motivated mindset.
• Sharp communication skills and ability to simplify technical info.
• Coachable and driven with a track record of applying feedback.
• Flexible for evening and weekend appointments; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home consultations, assess needs, and present solutions.
• Build accurate quotes on the spot and close the deal.
• Follow up to maintain referrals and pipeline health.
• Ongoing training on product, pricing, and sales technique.
