Budderfly is seeking an HVAC Remote Quality Assurance Agent to remotely commission, monitor, audit, and finalize closeouts for our energy efficiency solutions across North America. You will ensure installation quality, safety, and performance across QSR, casual dining, retail, and enterprise sites.

Qualified candidates bring 7+ years of commercial HVAC experience, strong QA background, and experience with EMS/BMS controls. Remote work with occasional travel supports field excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC experience in installation, startup, commissioning, and QA.
• Experience with RTUs, make-up air, exhaust, and controls.
• Experience supervising contractors and ensuring safety and quality.
• Ability to read TAB reports, mechanical drawings, and control sequences.
• Strong communication with contractors, managers, and executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead remote commissioning, QA, and closeout of HVAC projects.
• Ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and timely closeouts.
• Provide real-time guidance and troubleshooting to contractors.
• Review surveys, photographs, and videos for compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve deficiencies and drive improvements.
