Job summary

Budderfly is seeking an experienced HVAC Remote Quality Assurance Agent to lead remote commissioning, QA, and closeout of HVAC installations across North America. You will collaborate with installation teams, review TAB and commissioning docs, and ensure adherence to Budderfly standards and safety protocols.

In this role you’ll troubleshoot issues, provide guidance to contractors, and coordinate with internal teams to verify performance and energy savings while maintaining high customer

Qualifications

7+ years in commercial HVAC with installation, startup, commissioning, and QA.
Experience overseeing third-party contractors and safety compliance.
Ability to read TAB reports, drawings, and control sequences.

Responsibilities

Lead remote commissioning and closeout of HVAC replacement programs.
Ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and timely closeout.
Provide real-time guidance to installation contractors.
Review TAB reports and startup data to develop punch lists.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve deficiencies and verify performance.
