Job summary

Rheem is seeking a District Technical Support/Sales Representative for the Upper Midwest. The role provides HVAC technical advice to distributors and dealers, with field-based duties near a major U.S. airport.

Travel about 50% of the time is required. Requirements include an Associate degree in a technical field, 5+ years HVAC experience, strong communication skills, and computer literacy. Prior training experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to present training to large groups.
• Computer literate and able to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on routine product installation and service issues; refer complex questions upward.
• Assist field team with rapid and accurate responses to sales inquiries and product questions.
• Train and promote product installation, service, diagnostics, and new product introductions to customers and dealers.
• Communicate customer feedback on product issues to improve quality and image of the division.
