Job summary

Air Management Supply, part of Rheem, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to grow customer accounts in a home-based office serving Rheem Midwest Distribution customers. The ideal candidate will be based in Minneapolis, MN, meet sales targets, and build durable relationships with key accounts.

You will prospect for new business, manage onboarding for new accounts, and coordinate promotional plans while thriving in a fast-paced environment alongside a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or related field; Technical Diploma in HVACR may supplement.
• 0-3 years of experience in similar position; wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Superior customer service, listening, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and objectives for the Territory.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in accounts.
• Proactively assess and address customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Lead point of contact for all sales matters for assigned accounts.
• Prospect for new accounts and manage onboarding for newly assigned accounts.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert prospects into new accounts.
• Communicate promotional plans to accounts and aid in program management.
• Manage time effectively and collaborate with distribution team.
• Notify Upper Management of demand changes for products in assigned accounts.
• Support non-assigned accounts occasionally; represent the company to partner organizations.
