Ulteig is seeking talented engineer-level candidates to join the Transmission Line group. The role focuses on designing high voltage transmission lines (69kV-500kV) with PLS-CADD, developing construction documents and project criteria.

It is open to sit in any location or remote. Ideal candidates will have ABET-accredited engineering degrees, 4+ years of relevant experience, and preferably a PE license and proficiency in PLS-CADD/PLS-POLE.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited school
• 4+ years of engineering experience; 3+ years in Transmission Line Engineering or related field
• PE license or ability to acquire within 6 months (highly preferred)
• PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE proficiency preferred
• Experience with utilities is highly preferred
• Able to work independently and manage workload
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams for project success
• Open to innovation and AI tools to enhance workflows

Mansioni

• Design high voltage transmission lines (69kV-500kV) using PLS-CADD and develop construction documents
• Coordinate design aspects, estimate construction costs, and specify materials
• Serve as client contact to determine project scope and requirements
• Mentor less experienced engineers and support team training
• Review project drawings, calculations, and specifications
