Job summary

Ulteig is seeking engineers to design high voltage transmission lines (69kV-500kV) using PLS-CADD. Open to remote or any location. The role involves development of construction documents, project criteria, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering (ABET-accredited), 4+ years in the field (3+ in transmission lines), and a PE or near-term licensing. Proficiency in PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, MFAD/LPILE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited school.
• 4+ years' engineering experience; 3+ years in Transmission Line Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design high voltage transmission lines (69kV-500kV) using PLS-CADD; develop construction documents and drawings.
• Coordinate design aspects with multi-discipline teams; act as client contact to define scope and requirements.
