Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch company, is seeking a High Voltage Project Manager to join the Project Delivery team. This role leads HV substation and interconnection projects from engineering through commissioning for utility-scale renewables, coordinating with EPCs, reviews, and field execution.

The ideal candidate has an Electrical Engineering background and strong ability to influence stakeholders, solve technical challenges, and own project outcomes. Remote work is possible within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-voltage substation, transmission, interconnection, or utility infrastructure projects.
• Experience reviewing high-voltage engineering drawings, specifications, studies, and construction deliverables.
• Knowledge of substation design, construction practices, protection and control systems, and interconnection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high-voltage substation and interconnection projects from engineering through commissioning and closeout.
• Drive project performance by managing scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigation plans, and key deliverables.
• Manage and influence EPC contractors, engineering consultants, utilities, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
