Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch company, is seeking a High Voltage Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team in the Midwest portfolio. You will lead HV substation and interconnection projects for utility-scale renewable energy, driving success from engineering through commissioning.

The ideal candidate has an Electrical Engineering background and experience managing HV design, construction, and contractor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and drive project alignment.
• Experience managing high-voltage design, construction, and contractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-voltage substation and interconnection projects from engineering through commissioning.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and key deliverables to drive project performance.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, utilities, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Review substation engineering packages, protection and control designs, and construction drawings for quality and constructability.
• Ensure compliance with standards and codes; monitor performance and resolve issues with contractors.
