Solv Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Project Detailer to perform detailed quantity takeoffs, material analysis, constructability reviews, and project detailing for HV substation projects.

This fully remote role supports preconstruction, estimating, procurement, engineering, and operations teams to develop accurate material quantities, labor assumptions, and project documentation. The position requires 3–7 years in electrical construction and HV substations, along with proficiency in

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Drafting, Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in electrical construction and high-voltage substations.
• Experience with estimating or detailing roles in utility/infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, estimating software, and BIM/drawing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings and bid documents.
• Develop BOM summaries and material quantity reports.
• Coordinate with design and procurement teams for constructability and cost impacts.
• Create material tracking, procurement packages, and labor/unit estimates.
• Support EPC, design-build, and utility substation project estimates.
• Develop construction details and review layouts; interpret electrical, civil, and protection drawings.
• Assist with project planning, revisions, and document control.
• Support project turnover and closeout documentation.
