Qualifications

• 3+ years in estimating and project management for utility-scale solar/HV/BESS.
• Strong communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cost estimation and bid preparation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimation for HV substation and BESS projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals.
• Review subcontractor bids and manage vendor relations.
• Develop resource plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure QA of estimates and compliance with standards.
