Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of grid codes and interconnection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design and interconnection planning for utility-scale projects.
• Coordinate with utilities, regulators, and internal teams for compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop standardized engineering processes.
• Oversee QA/QC of designs and on-site commissioning activities.
• Ensure NEC, IEEE 1547, NERC CIP and FERC compliance.
