Job summary

MCI Careers is seeking Hurricane Relief Agents to provide exceptional customer service during disaster relief efforts. This temporary remote position requires candidates to assist customers with service inquiries, improve experiences, and manage service techniques. Ideal applicants should possess excellent communication skills, be at least 18 years old, and have a high school diploma. Flexible hours are available between 8 AM - 8 PM ET. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
