MCI is seeking Hurricane Relief Agents to support customer service during disaster response efforts. This temporary remote position requires strong organizational skills and a high school diploma.

Agents will assist with customer inquiries and improve service experiences during difficult times. Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative, and able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
