Job summary

ICF is seeking a Multifamily Asset Management Specialist to support owners of affordable multifamily housing and ensure HUD compliance. The role focuses on PBRA, Section 8, 202 PRAC, and 811 PRA properties, with training and written guidance for stakeholders.

The position is full-time and fully remote in the United States, requiring coordination with HUD and other partners to deliver advisory services and tools for program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Public Administration, Public Policy, Government, Social Work, Business Administration or related field or 10+ years of experience.
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience with subsidized multifamily housing programs (PBRA, Section 202 PRAC, Section 811 PRA).
• Experience developing/training on subsidized housing programs and compliance topics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance to owners/agents for HUD multifamily asset and property management requirements.
• Serve as SME on PBRA, Section 8, 202 PRAC and 811 PRA properties and related HUD requirements.
• Facilitate engagements with Owners/Agents; guide GRRP timelines and program notices; coordinate with financing activities.
