ICF is seeking a Multifamily Asset Management Specialist to support HUD-assisted housing programs remotely across the United States. You will provide expert guidance on PBRA, Section 8, and related units to owners, agents, PHAs, and lenders, ensuring compliance and high-quality technical assistance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in public administration, public policy, government, social work, or related field or minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with subsidized multifamily housing programs including PBRA, Section 202 PRAC, and Section 811 PRA.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical assistance to owners/agents, PHAs, lenders, and HUD staff to meet HUD multifamily asset and property management requirements.
• Serve as SME on PBRA-based properties (Section 8, Section 202 PRAC, Section 811 PRA).
• Facilitate engagements with Owners/Agents, following HUD Handbooks and Notices.
• Guide awardees through GRRP requirements and coordinate with LIHTC, FHA, and other HUD programs.
• Stay current on HUD regulations and translate requirements into practical guidance.
• Coordinate with TA specialists and subcontractors to ensure timely support.
• Provide advisory services through training, conversations, and written products.
• Develop tools, templates, and resources for PBRA, PRAC, and PRA properties.
• Perform quality control to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency.
