Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in real estate, accounting, finance, or construction mgmt with affordable housing experience.
• LIHTC/HUD industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, data management and reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; Smartsheets, Yardi, AIM and/or RealPage.
• Hybrid or remote work depending on candidate’s circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses and reporting for Head of Asset Management.
• Collect data and assist with annual budgets.
• Aggregate property data and prepare asset management meeting agendas.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting with third-party managers.
• Prepare market analysis reports including rents, vacancies, and absorption.
• Support capital planning, budgeting, reforecasting and data integrity.
• Monitor social goals for residents and maintain property records.
