Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily housing, specifically LIHTC and HUD multifamily housing asset management.
• Knowledge of HUD programs like 4350.3, RAD PBRA/PBV, and Section 8.
• Experience overseeing or working with third-party management companies.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly operating statements and occupancy reports.
• Analyze operational performance against approved budgets.
• Prepare quarterly asset management reports for ownership.
