MAM is seeking a Senior Affordable Housing Consultant (HCV Focused) for a fully remote role in the United States. The consultant will provide senior-level advisory services to housing authorities, finance agencies, and HUD-related clients, leading assessments, compliance reviews, and policy implementation.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate deep knowledge of HUD programs including HCV, PBRA, RAD, MTW, and LIHTC, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Knowledge of HUD regulations and ability to interpret for HCV and Public Housing programs.
• Familiarity with PBRA, RAD, MTW, LIHTC is a plus.
• Strong written communication tailored to audience.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collect and analyze data and draw substantiated conclusions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform program assessments and compliance reviews with qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Assist clients in implementing new policies, processes, and staff training; may perform work on client’s behalf.
• Maintain knowledge on regulatory developments and industry best practices; serve as a SME for staff and clients.
• Coordinate tasks across team members; manage deliverables, budgets, deadlines, and risk; oversee junior staff.
