Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking an experienced HubSpot Specialist for a remote contract role. You will complete and document realistic CRM, sales operations, and workflow automation tasks within HubSpot.

You’ll manage CRM records, navigate pipelines and reporting, record your screen while completing workflows, and clearly explain the steps taken. Prior AI or data evaluation experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on HubSpot CRM experience in a professional setting.
• Strong CRM management and sales operations knowledge.
• Ability to navigate deals, pipelines, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned workflows within HubSpot using CRM and sales ops experience.
• Navigate HubSpot features for contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, and reporting.
• Create, update, and manage CRM records and workflows.
• Record screen while completing workflows and demonstrate steps clearly.
• Document workflow steps and explain HubSpot tools used.
• Follow project instructions with consistent quality in a remote setup.
