Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a remote HubSpot specialist to support a Toronto-based RevOps consultancy. You will handle client questions, troubleshoot workflows, and build automations within HubSpot across contacts, companies, deals, and tickets.

The role requires hands-on HubSpot experience, client-facing communication, and comfort with AI tools to assist in research and diagnostics. Hours are 20 per week (Mon-Fri 12-4pm EST); compensation is $7 per hour with no benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot usage (not just observation)
• Experience with all major HubSpot objects (contacts, companies, deals, tickets, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot broken workflows and implement fixes
• Experience in a client-facing or customer support role
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client questions about HubSpot
• Primary point of contact for day-to-day HubSpot troubleshooting
• Maintain high standard of client communication reflecting clarity and reliability
• Identify and diagnose broken workflows and root causes
• Build and optimize HubSpot workflows and automations
• Support invoicing and other recurring administrative tasks
• Assist with project coordination to keep engagements on track
