Job summary

NEPSE Trading is seeking a HubSpot Specialist contractor to complete and document real-world workflows within HubSpot. This remote role requires hands-on HubSpot experience and the ability to deliver high-quality interaction data for AI development.

You will navigate contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, and automation; record your screen, annotate results, and explain the steps clearly. Prior data annotation or RLHF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot experience in a professional environment.
• Experience with data annotation or RLHF related tasks is preferred.
• Ability to document and explain CRM workflows clearly.
• Familiarity with sales operations, lead management, and pipeline management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned HubSpot workflows and tasks using real-world CRM and sales operations experience.
• Navigate HubSpot features: contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, reporting, and automation.
• Record screen while completing workflows and demonstrate steps clearly.
• Create prompts and rubrics based on completed workflows and document steps.
