About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting a HubSpot CRM Workflow Specialist for a remote contractor project that generates high-quality interaction data for AI system development. You will complete realistic CRM and sales workflows in HubSpot, document the tools and actions used, and produce prompts, rubrics, and workflow explanations for quality review. The advertised pay range is $28-$92 per hour.

What you will do
Complete assigned workflows involving contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, reporting, and automation. Create, update, and manage CRM records through common sales and customer management processes. Perform lead management, deal tracking, pipeline management, and CRM automation workflows. Record your screen while completing workflows and clearly demonstrate each step. Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows. Document HubSpot features, actions, and process steps in a clear and usable format. Review completed outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.

Required skills
You should have strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM in a professional environment, along with practical experience in sales operations, CRM management, lead management, deal pipelines, or workflow automation. You should have current access to HubSpot and be able to use it independently. Comfort recording and sharing your screen while demonstrating workflows, strong attention to detail, and the ability to explain CRM processes clearly are required.

Helpful background
Experience with HubSpot reporting, segmentation, and CRM data management is useful. Prior human data work, including annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, or model evaluation, is also relevant to this role.

This remote contractor role involves independently completing assigned workflows while following project instructions and quality standards. The work combines practical HubSpot operations with structured documentation and evaluation of workflow outputs.
