Job summary

digitalJ2 is seeking a Solutions Consultant to deliver HubSpot builds and enablement within a collaborative POD. You will translate business requirements into scalable configurations, migrations, and reporting, guided by the LSC and Solutions Architect.

Your work will drive early adoption and measurable impact for RevOps engagements. You will lead and participate in trainings, create Loom walkthroughs, and document SOPs while ensuring quality and repeatable delivery.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on HubSpot implementation experience (Sales Hub/Service Hub)
Strong CRM data model thinking, properties, pipelines, automation, reporting
Real migration experience: mapping, imports, dedupe, validation
Quality mindset: test, document, minimize rework
Comfortable leading or supporting client-facing sessions
Strong written communication and task/time management in collaboration tools

Responsibilities

Configure HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, views, workflows, dashboards and reports per designs
Implement the data model and lifecycle (standard + custom objects)
Execute data migrations and connect approved integrations
Maintain project hygiene in Asana and document decisions
Create enablement materials and participate in client reviews and launches
