Job summary

Aptitude 8 is seeking a HubSpot Solutions Consultant to lead technical implementations and integrations for complex CRM projects. You will design solutions, drive execution, and collaborate with Delivery Leads, Developers, Engineers, and other consultants to deliver high-value outcomes.

You’ll ramp up client consulting skills, apply advanced HubSpot knowledge, and manage engagements from discovery through delivery to maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in at least one functional area, preferably Technology, Sales, or Marketing.
• 3+ years experience in larger-scale CRM implementations or comparable project work, ideally in consulting or professional services environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining client scope and budget.
• Strong technical grasp of 3+ HubSpot hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Data/Ops, Content/CMS).
• Solid understanding of third-party systems integrations, data modeling, migrations, and API/webhooks.
• Understanding of systems, architecture, and complex problem-solving using data, technology, and process.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset; ability to listen to clients and translate their pain points into real solutions.
• Ability to navigate project constraints and lead clients toward the right solutions within a defined scope of work.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement when recommending AI-enabled GTM processes
• Experience tracking and updating project status using 1+ project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client projects, such as implementations, integrations, migrations, and custom developments, on the HubSpot platform.
• Develop scalable, tailored solutions that address client business needs, leveraging HubSpot's advanced features and third-party integrations.
• Provide valuable advice for clients while bringing strategic value regardless of relationship or technical familiarity with the existing ecosystem.
• Confidently and accurately build strategies to solve complex problems using HubSpot-centered solutions.
• Strategically identify additional areas for HubSpot solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
• Create diagrams and process maps (using tools like LucidChart) to illustrate solutions clearly.
