Job summary

Slalom is seeking a HubSpot Solution Architect to lead strategy, design, and implementation of HubSpot solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with business stakeholders across marketing, sales, and customer success to architect scalable HubSpot solutions and integrations that maximize value across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, Commerce Hub, and CMS Hub.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering CRM, marketing automation, or digital transformation solutions.
• 3+ years hands-on HubSpot implementation and architecture.
• Deep HubSpot platform knowledge across multiple hubs.
• Experience leading discovery/workshops with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle management and revenue operations.
• Experience designing integrations using APIs and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and strategy for HubSpot solutions across hubs.
• Define end-to-end architecture including CRM, automation, reporting, and integrations.
• Guide clients on platform capabilities, governance, and operating models.
• Create data models, architecture diagrams, and technical specs.
• Mentor consultants and lead delivery teams through lifecycles.
• Support business development with solution demos and proposals.
