Kalungi seeks a RevOps Automation Specialist to be the hands-on builder behind the GTM systems for a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients. You will join client calls, explain decisions, train users, and troubleshoot issues while delivering value from automated HubSpot-powered workflows.

You will design architectures, implement integrations across GTM tools, and build dashboards to show pipeline velocity and campaign performance.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in RevOps or marketing ops roles in B2B SaaS.
• Deep HubSpot experience across Marketing and Sales Hubs.
• Experience redesigning HubSpot portals and data schemas.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle stages and lead routing.
• Experience building automations via HubSpot and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as RevOps/automation point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Design HubSpot architectures for new clients and define lifecycle stages.
• Build and optimize HubSpot portals across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops.
• Create advanced workflows and automations to improve cross-team operations.
• Audit GTM systems & identify quick wins and longer-term priorities.
• Maintain integrations across GTM stack (Salesforce, Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
• Support HubSpot-Salesforce integrations and data hygiene tasks.
• Develop SLA frameworks and escalation workflows in HubSpot.
• Train clients and teammates on systems built; document workflows.
• Explore AI-enabled RevOps improvements and share learnings.
