Job summary

ProShop ERP is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to support and maintain our HubSpot instance across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will train users, manage data quality, and help optimize workflows while growing into a strategic RevOps role.

You’ll collaborate with GTM teams to implement field updates, reports, and streamlined processes, ensuring accurate data and efficient day-to-day operations as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience or equivalent certification.
• Excellent data handling and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and process orientation.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functionally.
• Curious and eager to learn; capable of troubleshooting HubSpot independently.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Gong, Claude, or DealHub is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of support for GTM end users; train, guide, and fix issues.
• Maintain data hygiene across contacts, companies, and deals; deduplicate.
• Collaborate to build/update record layouts, processes, and best practices.
• Set up and troubleshoot workflows and automations (lead routing, lifecycle updates).
• Support email campaigns, forms, and landing pages.
• Manage list segmentation and monitor broken workflows.
• Assist onboarding new HubSpot users and set permissions.
• Create basic reports and dashboards.
• Document processes; maintain an internal HubSpot playbook.
• Partner with GTM to gather requirements for fields/reports.
