Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a hands-on HubSpot Administrator to own and optimize the HubSpot environment powering Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This remote, contract-to-hire role covers CRM configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and data quality across GTM systems.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, document scalable solutions, and partner with stakeholders to ensure reliable data flows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HubSpot administration experience with CRM configuration and maintenance.
• Advanced CRM administration skills including user permissions, custom objects, workflow automation, field configuration and taxonomy.
• Experience linking marketing automation, CRM, revenue intelligence, and sales engagement platforms.
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable technical configurations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to investigate data discrepancies.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation for a remote-first environment.
• Experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Ability to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Comfort with independent work and prioritizing diverse system requests.
