Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a senior HTM Operations role to oversee AIR program operations and HTM inventory management across enterprise facilities. The role requires strong program leadership, budgeting, and data analytics to drive cost savings and regulatory compliance.

You will manage CMMS and data warehousing tools, collaborate with HTM leadership and engineers, and develop policies to standardize processes and improve quality. Travel may be required for site surveys and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Engineering or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting for operations support and sourcing/procurement.
• Ability to manage complex issues, drive savings on contracts and sourcing, and develop strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the HTM Asset Investment and Recovery (AIR) program to support HTM inventory management.
• Develop tools and processes for performance assessment including financial and operational metrics.
• Coordinate with HTM leadership on projects and regulatory compliance.
• Manage policy/procedure updates for HTM operations and quality management.
• Administer CMMS and data warehousing solutions for data collection, metrics and dashboards.
