Responsibilities

• Oversee HTM Asset Investment and Recovery (AIR) program operations to support HTM inventory management across Advocate Health (AH).
• Direct day-to-day AIR Warehouse operations through the AIR Supervisor.
• Develop tools and processes to measure performance: financial metrics, operational metrics, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead policy and procedure updates for HTM operations to ensure compliance and quality improvements.
• Administer CMMS and data warehousing solutions; guide data collection, metrics, and reporting.
