Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Health Safety Security Environment and Quality Director to serve as the primary HSSEQ contact for the account. You will lead and refine our HSSEQ culture, provide strategic direction, and oversee regulatory compliance across facilities and acquisitions.

You will manage a team, coordinate with organizational functions, and roll out new compliance programs while supporting the JCAP audit process and CAPA activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, HSSE Management, Engineering or related Life Sciences.
• Master’s degree preferred in Management, HSSE Management, Engineering or related Life Sciences.
• 10 years experience in comparable HSSEQ program management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced certification such as CIH, CSP, CHMM, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSEQ requirements and activities for the account and report to Account Leadership Team.
• Oversee HSSEQ training program development and alignment, including audits and CAPA actions.
• Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HSSEQ managers to publish best practices for firm clients.
