Job summary

ABB is looking for an HSE professional to support core Health, Safety and Environment programs and improve performance. You will assist in delivering HSE plans and provide solutions to cultivate a high-performance culture focused on HSE.

This role is remote with a Houston, TX preference, reporting to the Quality & Operational Excellence Leader. You will analyze performance, drive improvements, and help standardize processes across ABB globally while ensuring OSHA compliance and HSE framework

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of HSE frameworks, OSHA standards, and compliance requirements.
Experience with HSE pre-screening processes and documentation.
Process-driven with the ability to standardize and scale HSE practices across a large group.
Strategic thinker – understand day-to-day HSE operations with the big picture in mind.
Exceptional soft skills – influence, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Collecting, analyzing, and reporting HSE performance to stakeholders using KPI.
Supporting delivery of annual plans and implementation of HSE objectives.
Driving behavioral change to improve HSE performance through core programs.
Facilitating sharing of best practices and applying standardized processes globally.
