Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of HSE frameworks, OSHA standards, and compliance requirements.
Experience with HSE pre-screening processes and documentation.
Process-driven with the ability to standardize and scale HSE practices across a large group.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance day-to-day HSE operations and big-picture goals.
Exceptional soft skills including influence, communication, and stakeholder management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Collecting, analyzing, and reporting HSE performance to stakeholders using KPIs.
Supporting the delivery of annual plans and implementation of HSE objectives in assigned areas.
Driving behavioral change to continuously improve HSE performance through core programs.
Facilitating sharing of best practices and applying standardized processes globally to deliver consistent HSE support.
