Job summary

In this remote role with a Houston preference, you will collaborate with HSE program managers and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions and maintain ABB's safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of HSE frameworks and OSHA standards.
• Experience with HSE pre-screening processes and documentation.
• Ability to standardize and scale HSE practices across a large organization.
• Strategic thinker with effective communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report HSE performance to stakeholders using KPIs.
• Support and deliver annual HSE plans and objectives in assigned areas.
• Drive behavioral change to improve HSE performance across programs.
• Share best practices and apply standardized processes globally for consistent support.
