Job summary

ABB is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional to support program managers and help improve performance across global HSE programs. You will analyze data, deliver insights, and help implement clear, scalable processes.

This role is remote with a preference for candidates in Houston, TX. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive behavioral change, and contribute to ABB’s high‑performance safety culture.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of HSE frameworks, OSHA standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HSE pre-screening processes and documentation.
• Process-driven with the ability to standardize and scale HSE practices across a large group.
• Strategic thinker with understanding of day-to-day HSE operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting the performance to the relevant stakeholders, utilizing HSE Key Performance Indicators.
• Supporting the delivery of annual plans and implementation of HSE objectives within your assigned area of responsibility.
• Supporting and driving behavioral change to continuously improve HSE performance through coordinated core programs and initiatives.
• Facilitating the sharing of best practices and applies standardized processes globally to deliver consistent HSE support.
