Job summary

ABB is seeking an HSE specialist to contribute to group-wide health, safety and environment programs. You will collect, analyze, and report KPI data, supporting annual plan delivery and driving behavioral changes to improve HSE performance.

The role involves coordinating across functions, applying standardized processes globally, and aligning with ABB Way values. Remote work is offered with a preference for candidates located in the US, notably Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of HSE frameworks, OSHA standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HSE pre-screening processes and documentation.
• Process-driven with the ability to standardize and scale HSE practices across a large group.
• Strategic thinker who can see day-to-day operations and the big picture.
• Exceptional soft skills: influence, communication and stakeholder management.
