Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to develop and manage safety programs across multiple sites. This remote role requires travel to client sites and industry conferences, with roughly 12 days of travel per month and territory spanning the western half of the United States.

The candidate will lead policy development, training coordination, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance, supporting OSHA and MSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent with HSE management experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour or related safety certification with 5+ years in HSE management.
• Minimum 3 years of health, safety, and environmental management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE programs across Allied Universal operations.
• Develop, update, and distribute safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate safety training including new hire and refresher courses.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and BI reporting.
• Support OSHA/MSHA recordkeeping and regulatory inspections.
