Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to develop and manage safety policies, oversee regulatory compliance, and lead safety programs across diverse client sites. This remote role includes travel throughout the western U.S.

Approximately 12 days per month, with overnight trips. You will partner with training, HR, IT, and operations to roll out policies, review training content, coordinate investigations, and provide SME guidance to regulators and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience in HSE management.
• Minimum three years in health, safety, and environmental management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/related regulations and ability to interpret standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Develop, manage, and review safety policies; distribute and update as needed.
• Roll out safety policies with training, HR, IT, and operations teams.
• Coordinate safety training for new hires, monthly sessions, and refreshers.
• Analyze BI data and prepare monthly safety performance reports.
