Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to develop and oversee safety policies and programs for the Corporate Safety and Risk Department. This remote role involves travel to client sites and multi-state coordination across the western half of the U.S., with possible overnight trips.

Responsibilities include policy rollout, training coordination, incident investigations, and regulatory support with a focus on proactive safety culture and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related healthcare/public health field or OH&S with 5+ years in HSE management.
• OSHA 30 hour or equivalent certification with five years of HSE experience.
• Experience with OSHA/MSHA reporting, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE programs across operations to align with federal, state and local rules.
• Develop, manage, review and distribute safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training content and roll out safety policies with HR and IT.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Analyze BI data to highlight trends and improve compliance across accounts.
• Support OSHA/MSHA recordkeeping and vendor verification platforms.
