Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs for the Corporate Safety and Risk Department. The role includes policy development, regulatory data reporting, incident investigations, and cross‑functional collaboration across diverse security environments.

The position is remote with travel to client sites; travel amounts to roughly 12 days per month. The candidate should reside near a major airport for frequent travel across a multi‑state western

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Public Health, or related field.
• Three+ years of health, safety, and environmental management experience in HSE program management, OSHA, safety and health.
• OSHA 30-hour or equivalent certification is a plus with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE programs across operations ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Develop and review safety policies and procedures.
• Roll out safety content and reference materials with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate safety training, including new hires and refresher courses.
• Support OSHA/MSHA record-keeping and regulatory reporting.
