Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an HSE Manager to develop and manage safety policies, oversee regulatory data reporting, and lead incident investigations across multiple client environments. The role requires proactive leadership, collaboration, and frequent travel to sites as part of a remote position.

You will promote a strong safety culture, coordinate with training, HR, IT, and operations, and provide regulatory guidance to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related field; five years in HSE management.
• OSHA 30‑hour General Industry or equivalent certification with five years in HSE.
• Minimum three years in health, safety, and environmental management; strong regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE programs across operations and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Develop, manage, and review safety policies to fit corporate standards.
• Coordinate safety training, content development, and rollout across teams.
• Perform site assessments and safety inspections at client sites as required.
• Support OSHA/MSHA record-keeping and regulatory reporting.
• Serve as SME to client safety teams and regulatory agencies.
