Job summary

Brown University’s Office of Research Integrity seeks a Senior HRPP Administrator to administer the Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) and IRB policies across Brown University, Lifespan, and Care New England. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies, and advise on applicable regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, knowledge of FDA regulations, and experience in academic or clinical research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• In-depth understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to human subjects research, including FDA regulations.
• Experience in an academic or clinical research setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer HRPP/IRB policies and procedures across Brown University, Lifespan, and Care New England.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and support IRB committee activities.
• Advise IRB members on regulations, policies, and review criteria.
