Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• In-depth understanding of laws, regulations, and policies for human subjects research, including FDA regulations.
• Experience in an academic or clinical research setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and implement the HRPP and IRB policies for Brown University, Lifespan, and Care New England.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and advise IRB members on applicable regulations.
• Support IRB meetings and ensure compliance with federal/state requirements and AAHRPP standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and institutional policies and SOPs.
