Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a UKG Pro WFM Product SME with proven experience migrating from Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM. This role is hands-on, focusing on configuration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, and go-live support across enterprise implementations.

You will lead configuration of pay rules, work rules, accruals, scheduling, and security profiles, partnering with HR, Payroll, and stakeholders to ensure success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Kronos/UKG Workforce Management experience.
• Experience leading a Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM migration.
• Recent hands-on configuration within UKG Pro WFM.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a UKG Pro WFM Product SME with proven experience supporting migrations from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions). This is a hands-on functional role focused on configuration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and rationalize existing Kronos WFC configurations
• Lead fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into UKG Pro WFM solutions
• Configure pay rules, work rules, pay codes, accruals, attendance, leave, scheduling, labor structures, and security profiles
• Support requirements traceability, testing, data validation, and go-live activities
• Partner with HR, Payroll, business stakeholders, and implementation teams
• Document configuration decisions, risks, and project requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Kronos/UKG Workforce Management experience
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM migration
• Recent hands-on configuration experience within UKG Pro WFM
• Strong expertise with:
• Pay Rules
• Work Rules
• Pay Codes
• Calculated Accruals
• Advanced Scheduling
• Labor Structures
• Function Access Profiles (FAPs)
• Display Profiles
• Experience supporting unionized or collective bargaining environments
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• UKG certifications
• Experience with Setup Data Manager, Device Manager, Process Manager, or InTouch Clocks
• Familiarity with workforce management integrations and APIs
