Job summary

Medline is seeking an Applications Analyst to configure and support UKG WFM Pro and Workday Time & Absence, ensuring accurate timekeeping and absence data across the organization. You will manage Time Clock devices, support integrations, and partner with HR, Payroll, and IT.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, testing, policy implementation, and data integrity in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years HRIS or workforce management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, HR technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or Workforce Management systems.
• Experience with UKG WFM Pro and Workday Time & Absence.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain UKG WFM Pro modules: Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling.
• Manage Time Clock devices, firmware updates, biometric registration, cutover planning.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT to implement features and upgrades; ensure UKG-Workday integration.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and resolve time clock connectivity issues.
