Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a UKG Pro WFM Product SME with proven experience migrating from Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM. This role is hands-on, focusing on configuration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, and go-live support across enterprise implementations.

You will lead configuration of pay rules, work rules, accruals, scheduling, and security profiles, partnering with HR, Payroll, and stakeholders to ensure success.

Qualifications

8+ years of Kronos/UKG Workforce Management experience.
Experience leading a Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM migration.
Recent hands-on configuration within UKG Pro WFM.
Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Assess and rationalize Kronos WFC configurations.
Lead fit-gap analysis and translate requirements into UKG Pro WFM solutions.
Configure pay rules, work rules, pay codes, accruals, scheduling, and security profiles.
Support testing, data validation, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and implementation teams.
Document decisions, risks, and project requirements.
