Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Applications Analyst to configure, implement, and support UKG WFM Pro and Workday Time & Absence modules, with emphasis on Time Clock management, accruals, attendance, and advanced scheduling for accurate timekeeping and absence data.

The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, and IT to upgrade features, test cycles, and ensure compliant configurations. Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, HR Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or Workforce Management systems.
• Experience with UKG WFM Pro and Workday Time & Absence configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain UKG WFM Pro modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling.
• Manage Time Clock devices, including firmware updates, biometric registration, and cutover planning.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to implement new features and system upgrades; ensure smooth UKG and Workday integration.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and troubleshoot time clock connectivity and data synchronization issues.
